About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join IQVIA's team as a Laparoscopic Device Specialist.

You will be responsible for promoting our innovative laparoscopic medical devices to key stakeholders in the secondary care market, covering Oxfordshire, Reading, Swindon, and Bristol.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in sales, with prior experience working with medical devices and a good understanding of theatre operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Success: Meet and exceed sales targets by developing strategic plans to grow our market presence and identifying high-value opportunities.
  • Territory Management: Take ownership of your territory, building lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that highlight our brand's value.
  • Market Leadership: Stay ahead of the competition by promoting the adoption of the latest technologies and capturing market share.
Your Background:
  • Influential Communication: Strong skills in influencing and consulting with customers, setting you apart in building trust and partnerships.
  • Sales Expertise: Prior medical devices sales experience is essential, alongside a good understanding and hands-on experience around how theatres operate. Previous experience with laparoscopic devices is preferred.
  • Product Knowledge: A keen interest or experience in clinical procedures and product knowledge.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with our sales tools to effectively manage and track your progress.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
