Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Executive to join our JLA Group team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to drive growth and expansion in the SME division across laundry, catering, and infection control verticals.

About the Role

This role involves contributing to the delivery of the sales strategy for the SME team, working closely with colleagues to ensure effective management and conversion, growing existing accounts, and acquiring new clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering against the sales strategy set for the SME team
  • Developing and delivering presentations to secure new business
  • Staying up to date on industry developments and corporate competitors

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in contracted solution sales, a consultative approach to client requirements, and strong communication skills capable of handling varied client types.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have prior experience in selling products with financial justification, negotiation and presentation skills, experience dealing with SME decision makers, and a performance-driven mindset. Additionally, they should be resilient, action-oriented, and able to manage themselves without supervision.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £90,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent in the industry.
