CIPFA Business Limited seeks an accomplished Strategic Programme Delivery Executive to drive commercial success in our Public Sector division. As part of our London office team, you will lead the AFEP programme, fostering relationships with police forces and delivering exceptional results.

About the AFEP Programme
The AFEP programme aims to enhance finance excellence in policing, requiring a skilled leader who can drive progress and collaborate with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

Your Key Accountabilities
  • Sell the AFEP programme to all 45 police forces across the UK, leveraging your relationship-building skills and adaptability.
  • Manage subscription products, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding subscriber expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the UK Public Sector landscape to inform programme development.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • A Project Management qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships at a senior level.
  • Insight into current issues within or related to the UK Public Sector.
