Job Title: Infrastructure Programme Lead

We are seeking an experienced programme lead to join our Manchester team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of major infrastructure programmes in the North West, driving project success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery of infrastructure programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing project management plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and progress tracking.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth programme execution.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring open communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale infrastructure programmes, with expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum.
