Job Title: Senior Project Director

We are currently looking to recruit a seasoned project director to join our Manchester team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our project controls function and drive the delivery of major infrastructure programmes in the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering project controls across major programmes in the North West, ensuring accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment, and performance reporting.
  • Leading the programme controls function, monitoring resourcing requirements and deploying available resources to best effect.
  • Reviewing new project proposals and developing realistic resource plans for delivery of programmes.
  • Providing an efficient day-to-day service to programme and project managers in reporting on plans, costs, safety, environment, and programme performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis.
  • Proven experience within the infrastructure sector.
  • Skilled in oral and written communication, with proficiency in several basic software applications.
  • Proficiency in multiple discipline-specific software applications, such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
