Job Title: Senior Construction Project Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Project Lead to join our team at RTL Group Ltd.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a new retail and commercial development in the North West. This will involve working closely with the project manager/contracts manager, site supervision, management and supervisory of subcontractors on site, liaising with the client and main contractor, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the civil engineering industry;
  • Possession of a CSCS Gold/Black card;
  • SMSTS certification;
  • Previous experience with bulk earthworks and drainage projects;
  • A full UK driving licence;
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
