Project Overview
The project involves the refurbishment of existing flats with a value of £3 million. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the project within time and budget, ensuring effective health and safety management, and maintaining quality control checks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver projects within time and budget
- Manage staff to ensure they carry out their duties according to policies and procedures
- Maintain quality control checks
- Assist in achieving set project targets
- Day-to-day problem-solving and issue resolution
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager or similar role
- Experience working for Main Contractors preferred
- Experience on refurbishment projects required
