Construction Project Manager

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a high-profile £800m regeneration project in the Deeside area. This 12-month contract position offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale project with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly valuations and agreeing final accounts.
- Assisting in resolving site issues with cost implications.
- Procuring materials and negotiating best prices.
- Reclaiming retentions from clients and reviewing financial reports.
- Communicating project status updates and administering cost procedures.
- Settling accounts and disputes while adhering to industry standards.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- At least 10 years' experience in industrial or construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge of official regulations and industry codes.
- Desirable: experience with Energy from Waste/Major Works/Construction projects.
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- Mandatory: M&E experience.
