Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction and property developer in the UK. The company operates throughout the country, undertaking high-profile commercial and residential developments.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring cost control and value management strategies are in place. This includes creating monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements. Additionally, they will manage cash flow, oversee subcontractor payments, provide guidance on contractual issues, and apply variation accounts and forecast final accounts.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have extensive experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in cost control and value management. They should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
