Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Building Careers UK. As an experienced professional in the roofing industry, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality projects on budget.

- Your key responsibilities will include preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, and working closely with project managers and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, and project requirements.
- Proficient in estimating software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
