Senior Construction Project Director

Chester Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to oversee commercial and industrial projects from conception to closeout.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work closely with clients and sales teams to understand project scope and vision.
- Develop and manage project schedules, including permit submission and design evaluations.
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
- Prepare and submit project estimates to clients.
- Identify and resolve issues in the field.
- OSHA 10 certification required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Procore.
- Expert knowledge of construction market conditions and legalities.
Estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
