Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Director of Project Delivery to lead lifecycle asset replacement projects from inception through to successful completion. This role will focus on managing and delivering impactful construction projects across the Education, Healthcare, and Custodial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead lifecycle asset replacement projects from inception through to successful completion.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities to project managers, fostering a high-performing team.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting and commercial management.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety, procurement, and operational compliance standards.

Compensation:
- Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 (negotiable) + Car Allowance: £7,100
- Bonus: 20%
- Total Package: Circa £94,000 - £98,000, plus a competitive benefits package
