- Oversee project financials, including budgeting and commercial management.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety, procurement, and operational compliance standards.
About the Role:
This is a leadership role within our organisation, requiring a degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM), with a proven track record in project management. PFI experience is advantageous but not essential.
Package Details:
- Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 (negotiable) + Car Allowance: £7,100
- Bonus: 20%
- Total Package: Circa £94,000 - £98,000, plus a competitive benefits package
