M&E Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced M&E Project Delivery Specialist to join our team at Raven Search. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead M&E projects from inception to completion.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and deliver M&E projects aligning with programme, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of Scope of Works and Specifications.
  • Oversee entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to practical completion.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, including procurement and oversight of Variation accounts.
  • Ensure forward planning is consistently applied throughout the project cycle.
  • Prepare and maintain project trackers on a weekly basis and submit internal reports to line management.
  • Monitor Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance and promptly address any issues.

Requirements:

  • Time-served with industry qualifications or an HNC in Building Services.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager role, overseeing projects of comparable value.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient IT skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrates a customer-focused approach, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality project delivery.
  • A flexible, team-oriented mindset with a hands-on and proactive approach.
