M&E Construction Professional

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our client's M&E construction team in Chester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Strong knowledge of NEC or JCT contract forms
A salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum is available for this role, plus benefits including flexible working hours and professional development opportunities.
