Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Procurement Manager to join our team at Raven Search. As a key member of our M&E recruitment division, you will be responsible for managing mechanical contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships, fostering trust and confidence in our company's ability to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage mechanical contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets, whilst maintaining open communication channels with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence in our company's ability to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives, driving collaboration and innovation to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in managing mechanical contracts and leading high-performing teams, with a strong understanding of UK building services regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and stakeholder needs.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, with experience in implementing and managing complex projects.
Salary:

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
