North America Business Development Specialist

As a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones in the North American region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a focus on B2B interactions. Experience working within a North American/USA/Canadian region would be advantageous.

You will be able to work non-standard UK hours to coincide with some of the week to take into account the North America – USA, Canada time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
  2. Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth
  3. Manage client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly
  4. Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of membership
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  6. Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients and represent the organization at industry events

The role is based 3 days in Knutsford and 2 days working from home. Our client offers a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience, with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000-£45,000.
