We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Crewe. As a key member of our GB energy team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our customer base in the UK and through our partnerships.

About the Role:
  • Achieve sales objectives through the development and maintenance of business relationships.
  • Generate opportunities from both existing group customers and new prospects (inbound and outbound).
  • Follow up on internal campaign and website leads to build your own pipeline.
  • Become an expert in our Energy offering and the wider market, allowing you to support your customers and act as a trusted partner.
  • Develop your pipeline of prospects, managing your diary to keep them engaged and providing the support needed for them to make their decision.
  • Drive upsell campaigns, letting customers take fuller advantage from Radius Group services whilst creating longer and stronger contractual relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A proven track record in developing and growing business accounts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Experience in sales is desired but not essential.
