About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Crewe. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our customer base in the UK and supporting them with their Business Energy needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives through the development and maintenance of business relationships
  • Generate opportunities from both existing group customers and new prospects (inbound and outbound)
  • Follow up on internal campaign and website leads to build your own pipeline
  • Become an expert in our Energy offering and the wider market, allowing you to support your customers and act as a trusted partner
  • Develop your pipeline of prospects, managing your diary to keep them engaged and providing the support needed for them to make their decision
  • Drive upsell campaigns letting customers take fuller advantage from Radius group services whilst creating longer and stronger contractual relationships

What We Are Looking For

  • A proven track record in developing and growing business accounts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Experience in sales desired but not essential
