Job Title: Business Development Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our sales team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and driving initiatives that will generate new business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create data-focused strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Generate own leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, online networks, researching and prospecting.
  • Build an online presence to educate potential clients on our services and products.
  • Consultative sales approach with clients to understand their businesses and sell how we can help with our solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM system with regular touch points for clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and business development/account management skills.
  • An excellent eye for a new business opportunity - enjoys researching new clients.
  • Driven, tenacious yet consultative and approachable - non pushy mentality.
  • Sales driven, enjoys working to targets and contributing to higher revenue goals.
  • Able to manage the sales process from end to end.
  • Excellent analytical skillset and high attention to detail.
  • Genuine team player, able to motivate others and guide more junior colleagues to enhance their skills.
