Job Title: Business Development Professional
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our sales team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and driving initiatives that will generate new business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to create data-focused strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Generate own leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, online networks, researching and prospecting.
- Build an online presence to educate potential clients on our services and products.
- Consultative sales approach with clients to understand their businesses and sell how we can help with our solutions.
- Maintain an accurate CRM system with regular touch points for clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and business development/account management skills.
- An excellent eye for a new business opportunity - enjoys researching new clients.
- Driven, tenacious yet consultative and approachable - non pushy mentality.
- Sales driven, enjoys working to targets and contributing to higher revenue goals.
- Able to manage the sales process from end to end.
- Excellent analytical skillset and high attention to detail.
- Genuine team player, able to motivate others and guide more junior colleagues to enhance their skills.
