Business Development Representative

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking hotel chain as a Sales Executive.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and respond to sales leads, arranging appointments for the Regional Sales Manager
- New Business Development: prospecting and developing corporate accounts with meetings, events, and group requirements
- Support sales calls to engage with prospective and current clients
- Research and identify new leads
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in hotels in Sales and Marketing, Group Reservations, Guest Services, or Front Desk
- Strong organisational skills, a drive for business development, and top communication ability
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including ongoing training and support through Marriott developments and internal 1:1s with your line manager.
