Salary Information
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, which includes base salary and commission.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can communicate effectively with future and existing customers of Radius about our Business Mastercard (Velos) solution. The role involves utilising inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and support our customers through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our business Mastercard, Velos, explaining to them how Velos can benefit their business.
- Supporting customers through the sales process from credit applications, and activations - helping them to get up and running with their product.
- Maintaining a positive relationship between Radius and our customers.
- Drive conversation to understand customer requirements, potential issues, wants and needs.
- Work towards achievable sales targets and be financially rewarded to support the ongoing growth of this fast-growing division.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a driven individual with previous experience in a sales environment where they've had to work to sales targets. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to display agility to be flexible and open to customer feedback and new ways of working.
