About the Role

The role of Sales Agent at Radius is a dynamic position that requires strong communication and sales skills. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, utilizing inbound and outbound calls to generate business for the company. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Radius products or services, utilizing pre-determined sales scripts and templates.
  • Answer questions about products or Radius as a business.
  • Drive conversation to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Keep internal communications up to date and well informed.
  • Use your initiative to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft office programs, including Excel.
