At GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED, we are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and maintaining a proactive relationship with our established customer base to identify new sales opportunities and account development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively scheduling calls to review accounts, advise on new features, provide training, and promote associated products and services
- Processing contracts and configuring devices as part of post-sales processing
- Handling customer service inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Generating sales opportunities and converting them into appointments
- Identifying and pursuing new leads
- Following up on quotes and qualifying sales leads
- Data profiling and updating records to ensure accuracy
- Monitoring the sales pipeline to optimize performance
Requirements
Essential:
- Previous experience in a B2B outbound role with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
