Business Development Representative

A leading printing company, Harrison Scott Associates, is seeking a Business Development Representative to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of identifying opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
The successful candidate will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling printed products to business customers, as well as assisting with the growth of the business. This will involve achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on sales figures and activity.
We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively with clients daily and use internal systems effectively. Customer service/sales experience is essential for this role, and you will be provided with training to generate new opportunities with existing clients through outbound calls.
