Job Description:

  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals to secure new accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, tracking and reporting on client satisfaction and account performance.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue and stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
