Join an exciting SaaS company tech company who have different products that service the financial services industry. Due to continued growth they're looking for a driven, energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join an expanding team.


  • Business Development Representative
  • £30k - £35k base salary with an uncapped £10k OTE
  • Hybrid working (2 days in the office - Chester)


The Role:

As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in the sales team, identifying strategic opportunities and driving pipeline growth. You’ll connect with prospect clients, understand their needs, and communicate how the product solutions can benefit their businesses. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, great interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to build a career in SaaS sales.


What you'll be doing:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities within target industries
  • Qualify leads through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social selling)
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and build strong lead pipelines
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently pitch solutions to potential clients
  • Track and manage all interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce experience a plus)


Your background:

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Experience with sales prospecting and qualification techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
