About the Role

UPS Building & Maintenance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to join our finance department. As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry to assist with Purchase ledger & chasing of supplier invoices.
  • Generating monthly tool deduction spreadsheet.
  • Bonus sheets for operatives.
  • Taking calls & speaking with Operatives, customers & suppliers.
  • Using a system to produce our Social media.
  • Generating company Newsletter.
  • Scanning invoices to Xero & our management system.
  • Liasing with site managers to produce and update the monthly Bonus for operatives.
  • Raising PO's.
  • Managing and Monitoring emails.

Requirements

  • Time management skills.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills with customers on the phone.
  • Microsoft Experience.
