Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Skelmersdale. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile the purchase ledger to ensure accurate financial records
  • Process purchase invoices and sales invoices efficiently
  • Liaise with staff across the business to achieve monthly targets and meet deadlines
  • Provide excellent administrative support to the finance team

Requirements:

  • IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, with intermediate skillset
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Good numeracy skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

About the Role:

This is a temporary to permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum. If you have previous experience in accounts or billing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
