Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to provide support and care to our clients in their homes and communities. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services, promoting independence and dignity, and working collaboratively with our clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility support.
  • Assist clients with their daily routines, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver coordinated and personalized care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and our colleagues, promoting a culture of empathy, respect, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • No previous care experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, their families, and our colleagues.
