Job Role

  • As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports, processing invoices and expense forms, managing petty cash transactions, and supporting the preparation of annual budgets.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers, and supporting the finance team with various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and analysis of financial data.
  • Process invoices, expense forms, and requests for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage petty cash transactions and balance cash books.
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Support the finance team with various administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative approach to work.
