Service Graphics Ltd, the UK's largest provider of high-impact visual communications, is seeking an Operations Estimator - Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analysing client briefs and tender documents to ensure accurate estimates are provided to the sales team.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Analyse client briefs and tender documents to identify requirements and specifications

  • Ensure that jobs are specified with the correct materials and processes to meet customer expectations

  • Liaise with internal teams, including operations, procurement, sales, and customer services, as well as external suppliers to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

  • Prepare accurate estimates for the sales team within our local MIS system, considering precise labour, process, materials, and outwork or install requirements

  • Ensure continuity of pricing for each customer in accordance with previous quotations or customer price lists

  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending factory visits and being aware of factory capabilities and cost rates



Requirements:



To be successful in this role, you should have:





  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers

  • A strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and ability to problem-solve

  • Knowledge of estimating software and systems, preferably within a visual communications environment
