About the Role

UPS Building & Maintenance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Apprentice Administrator to support our finance department.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a strong understanding of business administration principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry to assist with Purchase ledger and chasing of supplier invoices
  • Generating monthly tool deduction spreadsheet
  • Bonus sheets for operatives
  • Taking calls and speaking with Operatives, customers, and suppliers
  • Using a system to produce our Social media
  • Generating company Newsletter
  • Scanning invoices to Xero and our management system
  • Liasing with site managers to produce and update the monthly Bonus for operatives
  • Raising PO's
  • Managing and Monitoring emails

Requirements

  • Time management skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills with customers on the phone
  • Microsoft Experience

Education

GCSE grade 4-9 Maths and English

Personal Development

UPS will pay for training courses and individual mentoring.
