About the Role
UPS Building & Maintenance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Apprentice Administrator to support our finance department.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a strong understanding of business administration principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry to assist with Purchase ledger and chasing of supplier invoices
- Generating monthly tool deduction spreadsheet
- Bonus sheets for operatives
- Taking calls and speaking with Operatives, customers, and suppliers
- Using a system to produce our Social media
- Generating company Newsletter
- Scanning invoices to Xero and our management system
- Liasing with site managers to produce and update the monthly Bonus for operatives
- Raising PO's
- Managing and Monitoring emails
Requirements
- Time management skills
- Highly motivated
- Able to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with customers on the phone
- Microsoft Experience
Education
GCSE grade 4-9 Maths and English
Personal Development
UPS will pay for training courses and individual mentoring.
