About the Role
UPS Building & Maintenance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to join our finance department. As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry to assist with Purchase ledger & chasing of supplier invoices.
- Generating monthly tool deduction spreadsheet.
- Bonus sheets for operatives.
- Taking calls & speaking with Operatives, customers & suppliers.
- Using a system to produce our Social media.
- Generating company Newsletter.
- Scanning invoices to Xero & our management system.
- Liasing with site managers to produce and update the monthly Bonus for operatives.
- Raising PO's.
- Managing and Monitoring emails.
Requirements
- Time management skills.
- Highly motivated.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with customers on the phone.
- Microsoft Experience.
Education
GCSE grade 4-9 Maths and English.
Personal Development
