Roles and Responsibilities

About the Role

As the HR Administrator at Essity, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and accurate HR services to the organization. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and administering defined transactional HR services, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders while adhering to local law and collective agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver transactional HR services in accordance with established guidelines to ensure quick and accurate administration of HR-related matters.
- Maintain employee records manually or in the Workday human resources information system, collaborating with employees, managers, and HR colleagues as well as external agencies.
- Perform quality checks and ensure HR process delivery as defined in Service Level Agreements and services support models.
- Contribute to the team by providing ideas for system improvements and changes based on user experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, legal regulations, and collective agreements.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a background in HR Administration or other support functions who is eager to learn and apply their knowledge in a global context. As a trusted go-to-person, you will demonstrate continuous focus on finding solutions and showcase strong service mindset and collaborative skills.

Requirements

- Proven ability to work proactively to achieve business results.
- Experience working in a change environment with implemented new systems and processes.
- Familiarity with the Workday HR system (full training will be provided to the successful candidate).
- Relevant education in HR Administration, such as CIPD level 3.
