About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Essity. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering transactional HR services to the organization, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, performing quality checks, and ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, legal regulations, and collective agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HR services in accordance with established guidelines to administer HR-related matters quickly and accurately.
- Maintain employee records manually or in Workday, ensuring information is accurate and secure.
- Perform quality checks and secure HR process delivery as defined in Service Level Agreements and services support model.
- Contribute to system improvements and changes based on user experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, legal regulations, and collective agreements.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a background in HR Administration or other support functions, who is eager to learn and put their knowledge into practice. You will demonstrate a continuous focus on finding solutions and being a trustworthy go-to-person.
You will have:
- Demonstrated proactive achievement of business results.
- Ability to work in a change environment with new systems and processes.
- Ideal experience working with Workday HR system, with full training provided.
- Ideal relevant education to provide HR Administration services, such as CIPD level 3.
