About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Essity AB. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering transactional HR services to the organization in accordance with established guidelines. This will involve maintaining employee records, performing quality checks, and ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and legal regulations.

You will be a key part of the team in providing ideas for system improvements and changes based on user experience. Your strong service mindset and collaborative skills will be essential in working with employees, managers, HR colleagues, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver transactional HR services to the organization in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain employee records manually or in a human resources information system (Workday).
  • Perform quality checks and secure HR process delivery as defined in Service Level Agreements and services support model.
  • Be a key part of the team in providing ideas for system improvements and changes based on user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, as well as legal regulations and collective agreements.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a background in HR Administration or other support functions. You should be eager to learn and put your knowledge into practice working on existing global processes. A strong service mindset and collaborative skills are essential in this role.

You will demonstrate how you have worked proactively to achieve business results and have the ability to work in a changing environment where new systems and processes have been implemented. Ideally, you will have experience working with Workday HR system, but full training will be given to the successful candidate.
