About the Role

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for performing, maintaining, and administering defined transactional HR services according to defined processes, ensuring efficient, accurate, and on-time delivery to our stakeholders. You will follow local law and collective agreements while simultaneously following global processes with a high focus on stakeholder management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will deliver transactional HR services to the organization in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring that HR-related matters are administered quickly and accurately.
  • You will maintain employee records manually or in a human resources information system (Workday), ensuring that information is accurate and secure, and liaising with employees, managers, and HR colleagues as well as external agencies.
  • You will perform quality checks and secure HR process delivery as defined in Service Level Agreements and services support model.
  • You will be a key part of the team in providing ideas for system improvements and changes based on user experience.
  • You will ensure compliance with internal quality standards, as well as legal regulations and collective agreements.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a background in HR Administration or other support functions, who is eager to learn and put their knowledge into practice working on existing global processes. A strong service mindset and collaborative skills are essential for this role.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with Workday HR system, but full training will be given to the successful candidate.Ideal candidates will have relevant education to provide HR Administration services, such as CIPD level 3.
