About the Role
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to a young service user with complex needs.
The successful candidate will work on a 1:1 basis, providing personal care, social support, and domestic assistance in the comfort of the service user's own home.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with medication administration and monitoring
- Supporting the service user with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Encouraging the service user to participate in activities and hobbies
- Providing emotional support and reassurance
Requirements
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Pet Friendly
