Care Support Workers - Skelmersdale

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our care team at Stocks Hall Skelmersdale. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and respect are upheld at all times.

Our care team is committed to providing person-centred care, allowing our residents to thrive and our staff to feel fulfilled in their roles. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £10.67 (over 23's) with a 40p enhancement at weekends. Full or part-time hours will be considered.

Although no experience is required, we ask that you have a genuine passion for caring for others, excellent communication skills, and a good sense of humour. We provide full paid training, both online and classroom-based, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
