- Conducting training sessions to ensure customers are fully utilizing our products.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Creating engaging content and videos for social media channels.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German is essential.
- Proven experience in customer support or customer success, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
