Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Professional to join our team at Cambridge Spark. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a gold standard service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client apprenticeship teams.
  • Drive client Net Revenue Retention, NPS, and growth through promotional activities.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative account plans to capture client needs and objectives.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Directors to ensure a holistic approach to client retention and growth.
  • Capture and share intelligence about accounts, stakeholders, and priorities with relevant team members.
  • Partner with Service Delivery to ensure seamless delivery, proactively highlighting and addressing risks, and celebrating successes.
  • Execute the Customer Success Playbook and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to showcase client best experiences through client champions' behavior.

Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in account management or customer success in an enterprise digital/technology solutions environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and extract value from conversations with customers.
  • Ability to analyse data and bring it to life through storytelling and presentations.
  • Passionate about customer experience and delivering value with excellence.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with the discipline to work independently in a remote-first environment.
