We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Professional to join our team at ComplyAdvantage. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our customers, providing proactive support, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers, providing ongoing support and ensuring successful onboarding.
- Develop and implement customer success plans to increase adoption, utilization, and minimize churn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expand contract revenue.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback to improve our services.
Requirements:
- Passion for customers and a true advocate for their success.
- Strong process management skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
- Previous project management experience and a background in a start-up environment.
