About the Role:
We are seeking a highly strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Adhesion, a global HR SaaS vendor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the HR SaaS space
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
