Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at MHR. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and deliver revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity to ensure MHR remains a leader in the HR, payroll, finance, and integration solutions software and services industry.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand customer requirements and provide feedback to inform product development.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline data to ensure effective sales performance analysis and planning.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MHR's products, including iTrent and People First, and be able to articulate their value proposition to customers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success in a software or technology industry, with a strong understanding of the Payroll and Human Resources market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to travel as required, with a valid driver's license.
  • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications, such as CRM or sales management.
