Job Title: Enterprise Sales Development Professional

At Infotech Recruitment Solutions, we're expanding our team and seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our growing business, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing qualified sales leads, following up on marketing campaigns, making outbound B2B calls, and collaborating closely with the new business sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential sales leads to maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

  • Follow up on marketing campaigns to maximise lead conversion.

  • Make outbound B2B calls to prospective customers.

  • Book BANT-qualified meetings.

  • Collaborate closely with the new business sales team to drive results.

  • Manage pipelines using our CRM system.

  • Take accountability for your own time management, KPIs, and professional growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales growth. If you have at least 1 and a half years of experience in outbound B2B sales development or business development, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, we'd love to hear from you
