About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Service Architect to lead our Major Change and ODA teams. As a key member of our operational functional lead, you'll provide day-to-day architectural oversight, control, and decision-making on major change activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the overall team strategy and take accountabilities for aspects of the Major Change and ODA team
  • Work collaboratively with wider Operational teams to shape and design E2E Operational teams and capabilities
  • Owning and delivering end-to-end service architecture packages through robust planning and management
  • Influencing project/program and key stakeholders to ensure products/solutions meet strategic aims and needs of Operations
  • Acting as an SME interface to program/projects for Operational colleagues by leading and moderating workshops
  • Producing enterprise service architecture artefacts, including High-level Service Designs, system data, plans, and Ways of working documents

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in high-level Service Architecture roles
  • Experience in Service Design and Architecture (not technology-focused)
  • Experience acting as an SME interface to programs/projects
  • Proven track record of producing enterprise service architecture artefacts
  • Experience producing iterative Impact Assessments identifying the impact of change
