**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Strategic Advisor to join our team at Lucy Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will work closely with business leaders and HR teams to drive our HR strategy, support our HR processes, and develop approaches that achieve business and people objectives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the three centres of excellence (Learning & Development, Communications & Engagement and HR Services & Rewards) to ensure the successful implementation of their programs.
  • Manage and develop the central HR team to deliver day to day operational and advisory support to all stakeholders efficiently.

About You:

  • You have highly experienced HR Partner skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • You possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • You can use HR data, metrics, and evidence to inform and drive decision making and change across your business areas.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of £90,000 - £130,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
