Senior People and Culture Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior People and Culture Specialist to join our Portfolio HR & Reward team in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our L&D team to develop and implement effective people management strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement staff induction programs to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new employees.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to line managers and employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
