We are looking for an exceptional Workplace Culture Specialist to join our Portfolio HR & Reward team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-growing energy company based in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our company values.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and well-being
* Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on workplace policies and procedures
* Analyze data to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Proven experience in workplace culture development and employee engagement
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
